May schedule & upcoming Pilates events in Saratoga Springs!

Thanks to everyone who took the survey in April, which was aimed to build our schedule around your needs. Based on your responses, I’ve figured out when to hold mat classes for May! Here’s the schedule, with mentions of where they’ll be held:

I am also happy to announce that I am joining the team of skilled trainers at Union Fitness! The brand new studio space offers floor to ceiling windows with plenty of sunlight, access to a huge green lawn for warm weather classes, and fantastic instructors to match! The owners, Margaret and Barney, teach Jivamukti Yoga and Russian Kettlebell training. Each of these practices can be wonderfully complemented with Pilates work, making Union Fitness a complete wellness center equipped with qualified trainers you can count on to improve your health.

They are hosting an Open House this Saturday, May 5th for you to check it all out!! I will be there doing a Pilates demo and offering a free 15-20 minute mat class to let you experience a sample of what I’ll be teaching at the studio. Thanks to everyone who came out for Demo Day this Saturday! I had a wonderful time working with all of you and I hope to see you again soon! The month has gotten off to a roaring start, with a new facebook page and twitter account to keep you updated on class schedules, specials, and more!

This month at Bloom, mat classes will be on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 and Thursday mornings at 10:30.
For a limited time, come try your first class for free!
We are looking at the possibility of starting a 7am or 12pm class in April, so please email/call/facebook times you would be interested in!

Private lessons are available every day of the week at The Pilates Institute, conveniently located right downtown at the intersection of Henry & Spring Streets.  Enjoy a full hour of one-on-one attention in a workout that is designed to your individual needs, without the surrounding pressure that can sometimes accompany group fitness classes.
